4.What is the purpose of the LT-03 leak tester?
У "The LT-03 leak tester maintains the chamber at stable vacuum degree with accuracy. A pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample. Leakage can be observed and located when the specimen is inflated and a stream of bubbles keeps emerging.
The bubble emission attributable to leaks in a specimen during the rise of vacuum degree or when at full vacuum. The specimen fails the test and the evaluation of sealability is judged.
If water attributable to a leak is inside a sample, the specimen fails the test.
If there are no bubbles observed, if no water inside a specimen or if the perfect restoration of the specimen shape after test, the specimen passes the test.
