2.Test Principle of BTT-02 Inclined Type Ball Tack Tester

It is suitable for testing the adhesion of adhesive tapes, labels, and other products to steel balls to test the initial tack of the sample.
3.Description of Inclined Type Ball Tack:
Gently release the steel balls from the starting point on the inclined plate. Record the biggest steel ball that can be stuck by sample. Repeat tests with the balls of adjacent numbers of that largest one to confirm if it’s that largest one to be stuck.
The numerical value obtained from multiplying the nominal size of a ball is called the ball number.
Record a result by the ball number. Further, record the angle of an inclined plate.
