1. Introduction of Leak Detection Equipment
Leak Detection Equipment is an easy-to-use automatic type vacuum leak tester developed by Cell Instruments and has been welcomed for more than 10 years. It’s widely used for the seal integrity testing of various kinds of materials such as, packages, containers, bags, pipes, trays, capsules, cups, etc. Leak Detection Equipment is working in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, cosmetic and electronic industries, etc.

3. Princípio de ensaio
A test sample is placed into the vacuum chamber filled water and the headspace gas in chamber is evacuated by a venturi vacuum ejector. A pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample and leakage can be observed and identified when the sample is inflated
4. Applications
Embalagens flexíveis (tais como bolsas, sacos, saquetas, etc.), embalagens rígidas (tais como garrafas, frascos, recipientes, latas, cápsulas, etc.), embalagens farmacêuticas (tais como blisters, frascos, seringas, sacos IV, tubos, etc.), sprays, latas de aerossóis, etc.
