1. Introduction of Leak Detection Equipment

It’s widely used for the seal integrity testing of various kinds of materials such as, packages, containers, bags, pipes, trays, capsules, cups, etc. Leak Detection Equipment is working in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, cosmetic and electronic industries, etc.

3. Prinzip der Prüfung
A test sample is placed into the vacuum chamber filled water and the headspace gas in chamber is evacuated by a venturi vacuum ejector. A pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample and leakage can be observed and identified when the sample is inflated

Flexible Verpackungen (z. B. Beutel, Tüten, Säckchen usw.), starre Verpackungen (z. B. Flaschen, Gläser, Behälter, Dosen, Kapseln usw.), pharmazeutische Verpackungen (z. B. Blister, Fläschchen, Spritzen, Infusionsbeutel, Schläuche usw.), Sprays, Aerosoldosen usw.
