Inclined Type\u00a0Ball-Tack-Tester<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>is equipped with the inclined plate of 20\u00b0, 30\u00b0 or 40\u00b0 inclined angle. The inclined plate is a smooth and flat one made of aluminum.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0steel ball of various specifications is placed at the upper part of the inclined plane, followed in lower 100mm section is the approach table, where the ball can accelerate after released. The test sample is placed below the approached table in the next 100mm.<\/p>\n

2.Test Principle of BTT-02 Inclined Type Ball Tack Tester<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The initial tack of the sample is tested through the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel ball when there is brief contact between the steel ball and the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive tape sample with a small pressure. It is suitable for testing the adhesion of adhesive tapes, labels, and other products to steel balls to test the initial tack of the sample.<\/p>\n
