Mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed techniky pat\u0159\u00ed mechanick\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka p\u0159ilnavosti, zkou\u0161ka plast\u016f nebo pou\u017eit\u00ed no\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pochopen\u00ed adheze u n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ilnavost je schopnost n\u00e1t\u011bru - nap\u0159\u00edklad barev a lak\u016f - p\u0159ilnout k podkladu (tzv. adhezi).&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159ilnavost k podkladu<\/strong>) nebo p\u0159ilnout k v\u00edce vrstv\u00e1m v syst\u00e9mu (tzv.&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159ilnavost mezi vrstvami<\/strong>). Aby n\u00e1t\u011bry fungovaly uspokojiv\u011b, mus\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b spojit s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi podklady v\u010detn\u011b kovu, betonu, d\u0159eva a dal\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed metody adheze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zkou\u0161ka p\u0159ilnavosti vyta\u017een\u00edm<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkou\u0161ka adheze tahem m\u011b\u0159\u00ed kvantitativn\u011b s\u00edlu pot\u0159ebnou k odd\u011blen\u00ed zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00edho p\u0159\u00edpravku (panenky nebo trnu) od povlaku. P\u0159enosn\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka odtr\u017een\u00ed&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.materialstests.com\/cs\/products\/tape-shear-adhesion-tester.html\/\"><strong>tester p\u0159ilnavosti<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;p\u016fsob\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, dokud se voz\u00edk neodtrhne. Nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 s\u00edla - vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e1 v mega pascalech (MPa) nebo libr\u00e1ch na \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed palec (psi) - ud\u00e1v\u00e1 pevnost v tahu potahu. Touto metodou se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed normy jako ASTM D4541\/D7234 a ISO 4624.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zkou\u0161ka p\u0159ilnavosti zatla\u010den\u00edm<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u011b jako p\u0159i zkou\u0161ce odtr\u017een\u00edm se p\u0159i zkou\u0161ce adheze odtla\u010den\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00ed s\u00edla pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 k odtla\u010den\u00ed panenky (kol\u00edku) od povrchu. Pota\u017een\u00e1 deska se p\u0159itla\u010d\u00ed pod rydlo a p\u016fsob\u00ed se na ni st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vahou, dokud se f\u00f3lie neuvoln\u00ed. Norma pro tuto zkou\u0161ku je ASTM D6677.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test p\u00e1sky<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Form\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed verz\u00ed zkou\u0161ky no\u017eem na kovov\u00fdch podkladech je zkou\u0161ka p\u00e1skou. Zahrnuje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Test p\u00e1sky s \u0159ezem X:<\/strong>&nbsp;Provede se \u0159ez do X, \u0159ez se p\u0159elep\u00ed p\u00e1skou a pak se rychle odstran\u00ed. Odstran\u011bn\u00ed povlaku se zkontroluje a vyhodnot\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Test k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9ho \u0161rafov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1sky:<\/strong>&nbsp;Vy\u0159\u00edzne se vzor k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9ho \u0161rafov\u00e1n\u00ed (pomoc\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159eza\u010dky k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9ho \u0161rafov\u00e1n\u00ed), nalep\u00ed se p\u00e1ska a pot\u00e9 se odstran\u00ed. Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed plocha se porovn\u00e1 s normami ASTM D3359.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zkou\u0161ka p\u0159ilnavosti vyta\u017een\u00edm (opakovan\u00e1)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato zkou\u0161ka, jak ji\u017e bylo pops\u00e1no, zahrnuje p\u0159ipevn\u011bn\u00ed panenky k povlaku pomoc\u00ed lepidla.
